The Bermuda Land Management Corporation (BLMC) is a quasi-autonomous government organization (QUANGO) formed under the Bermuda Land Management Corporation Act 2024. It manages and develops approximately 936 acres of land in the West End, Southside, Morgan's Point, Daniel's Head, and Tudor Hill, formerly leased to the Royal Navy, vested in BLMC in perpetuity.
