Cleaning Services for Central Government Lab

The Department of Health, Central Government Lab is seeking quotes from qualified cleaning service providers for the regular cleaning and maintenance of our secure laboratory facility for three years that may be extended for one additional year, based on the availability of funds and the satisfactory performance of the Contractor.

Due to the nature of the work done at the facility, all personnel involved in cleaning must undergo security vetting and adhere to strict confidentiality protocols.

Cleaning and disinfectant products should be approved by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Fees shall be charged on a monthly basis, payable monthly in arrears.

The successful contractor shall be responsible for supplying all labour, equipment, (including bags used to consolidate office trash) and consumables necessary to perform the work.

Services are required Monday through Friday during normal working hours 8:45am to 4:45pm (no cleaning on weekends or Public Holidays). A member of the Lab staff must be on site when cleaning staff are present.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting

A mandatory Pre-Bid meeting has been scheduled for this procurement.

The purpose of the Pre-Bid meeting is to provide a structured and formal opportunity for the bidders to raise questions and clarify any of the proposal requirements and procurement process.

CAUTION: Bids will be automatically rejected from any bidder that was not represented or failed to properly register for the mandatory Pre-Bid meeting and Site Visit.
