The Department of Corrections overseas Bermuda’s correction facilities and works with inmates to become responsible and productive citizens.
What do they do?
The Department of Corrections manages the following correctional facilities across the island:
- Westgate Correctional Facility
- Prison Farm
- St. George’s Co-Educational Facility
- The Right Living House
In addition to maintaining the correctional facilities, the department works with individual inmates toward rehabilitation into society upon release.
