Westgate Correctional Facility - Steel Door Set Replacements

This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Westgate Correctional Facility - Steel Door Set Replacements, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables").

The Government of Bermuda is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors for the removal and disposal of 34No. existing high security external steel door sets and the subsequent installation of 34No. new high security steel door sets as supplied by the Government of Bermuda.  The Department of Corrections will be responsible for the removal and reinstallation of all locks.  The Contractor will be responsible for the making good of any masonry openings.

Pre-Bid / Site Meeting

The bidder is requested, as far as possible, to submit any questions in writing, to reach the ITT Contact not later than two days before the meeting.  A site visit conducted by the Government's Project Manager will be organised.
