Executive Summary:  This Request for Proposal is for Rooftop PV Solar System Design, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance to:

1)           Government Administration Building (GAB) 30 Parliament Street Hamilton HM12

2)           General Post Office Building (GPO) 56 Church Street Hamilton HM12

3)           Transport Control Department (TCD) 11 North Street City of Hamilton HM17

Tenders are invited from qualified general contractors with proven experience to manage as the following projects referenced works.

This project consists of providing all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials and services to perform:

• Interior Refurbishment -demolition, dry walling, painting, glazing, ceiling system and tiling (included but not limited to)
• Modification to HVAC
• Modification to Electrical 

Important Dates

The work will involve the provision of mechanical digging equipment to excavate and expose water supply mains to be repaired by Ministry of Public Works(MPW) personnel. Once repaired the contractor shall supply all materials, labour and equipment to backfill and reinstate the excavation. The work is to be undertaken on an as needed basis and the contractor shall respond to a request no later than 24hrs following notification.

The Government of Bermuda seeks a supplier(s) to supply and deliver Tandem Axle Hook Truck in accordance to the attached specifications. The selected supplier(s) will be responsible for delivering of said vehicle to Bermuda, within the delivery times agreed upon.

The Government of Bermuda, Ministry of Public Works is soliciting proposals from experienced Contractors to supply and install replacement HDPE water mains in St George’s, from Victoria Road to Secretary Lane. The purpose of this work is to replace sections of pipeline that are currently failing and have passed their useful life.

The Ministry of Public Works is advising motorists and commuters that on 20 March, 2018, there will be a one lane road closure on South shore Road Southampton, near the Reefs hotel. The road closure will be from 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. The public is encouraged to seek alternative routes to avoid delays. The Ministry takes this opportunity to thank the public in advance for their cooperation and patience while these required works are conducted.

To remove the existing SKB type roof on the Dellwood Middle School Gymnasium and replace it with a new TPO type roof.
