The Department of Workforce Development provides development of a resilient workforce, to provide a sustainable and stable community for Bermudians.
- Continue to implement the Youth Employment Strategy focusing on increasing educational and vocational training opportunities tailored to high demand industries and supporting youth in their transition from education to employment.
- Expand apprenticeship and internship placements available to Bermudians; with a focus on engaging young people in skill-building experiences.
