The Minister of National Security travelled to London to attend the CogX Convention in June. The Minister Spoke at a Fintech Round Table Discussion.  The Minister attended meetings with industry stakeholders.

The Deputy Premier and Minister of Transport and Regulatory Affairs attended the Posidonia 2018 BDA Reception on 31st May in Athens, Greece.

International Labour Conference

The Minister of Home Affairs on behalf of the Bermuda Government attended the annual International Labour Conference which was held at the UN Palais des Nations and ILO Headquarters in Geneva Switzerland from May 28 - June 8, 2018.

Consensus 2018

Premier led Bermuda deletegation to Consensus 2018 conference. Premier spoke to conference attendees and conducted meetings with potential investors and media.

The Minister of National Security attended the Consensus 2018 Conference on May 13th to 15th. This is a Blockchain Summit where the Minister met with key stakeholders, law firms and key business partners.

Global Traveler Leisure Lifestyle Awards

The Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism attended the Global Traveler Leisure Lifestyle Award in Los Angeles. Bermuda was awarded for Best Weekend Destination in the World.

Trade Association Meetings in Washington, DC

After delivering the commencement address at the George Washington University School of Business, the Premier conducted meetings with the Digital Chamber of Commerce and officials on Capitol Hill. 

Bellagio Blockchain Summit & Ethereal NYC Summit

Premier was invited to the Bellagio Blockchain Summit. On his way back to Bermuda, Premier was invited to speak to attendess at the annual Etheral NYC Summit hosted by Consensys. 

Bermuda Executive Forum and Reception

The Minister of National Security attended the Bermuda Executive Forum and Reception in New York May 2nd to 3rd, 2018.

The Minister: 1) Participated in Fintech Roundtable Discussions.

Premier delivered remarks and hosted a reception for business leaders in attendace. Premier conducted a number of media interviews with Bloomberg TV, Radio, and online news.
