CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

UNDER SECTION 41(1)(b)(ii), (iv) and (v)

The BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY in exercise of the powers

conferred upon it by virtue of Section 41(1)(b)(ii), (iv) and (v) of the Insurance Act 1978,
