The Ministry of Public Works wishes to inform the public that the ongoing embankment repair works on Harbour Road in the vicinity of Burnt House Hill and Tamarind Vale will be extended into the New Year – January 29^th, 2021.

UNDER SECTION 41(1)(a)

The BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY in exercise of the powers

conferred upon it by virtue of Section 41(1)(a) of the Insurance Act 1978,

(“the Act”), hereby cancels, at the request of the Insurer listed below,

the respective Class 2 Insurer registration granted

 to the said Insurer under the Act, effective 12^th December 2020:-
