LARGE GROUP EXEMPTION:

BERMUDA INDUSTRIAL UNION MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS

Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Bermuda Industrial Union Membership Meetings are gatherings justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 (1) and (2) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) Regulations 2020 on groups of more than fifty persons assembling;

Ms. Carlita Lodge, Cultural Affairs Programme Manager, Department of Community and Cultural Affairs has been appointed to act as Director, Department of Community and Cultural Affairs from 17^th August, 2020 to 21^st August, 2020 inclusive.
