THE CONSTITUTION OF BERMUDA (SECTION 77)
THE COURT OF APPEAL
In exercise of the powers conferred on her by Section 77 of the Constitution of Bermuda, Her Excellency the Governor has been pleased to reappoint The Hon Mr Justice Anthony Smellie as a Member of the Court of Appeal of Bermuda with effect from 4 June 2021 to 3 June 2024.
