Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Bermuda Cricket Board T20 Cricket Matches are exceptional circumstance justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 (1) and (2) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) Regulations 2020 on groups of more than seventy-five persons assembling;

Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed BERMUDA FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION’S AWARDS CEREMONY is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 (1) and (2) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) Regulations 2020 on groups of more than seventy-five persons assembling;

FUNERAL REPAST –

GEORGE HOLDIPP

 

Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Funeral Repast for George Holdipp (Deceased) is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 (1) and (2) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) Regulations 2020 on groups of more than seventy-five persons assembling;

 

Plimmer Group (Bermuda) Limited restoration notices

REGISTRAR OF COMPANIES

WHEREAS, Plimmer Group (Bermuda) Limited was included on a list of companies and struck off the Register of Companies effective 19th August 2019 pursuant to section 261 of the Companies Act 1981.

I, The Registrar of Companies, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE to all concerned that, Plimmer Group (Bermuda) Limited has been restored to the Register and as such is deemed to have continued in existence as if its name had never been struck off pursuant to section 261 (6) of the Companies Act 1981.
