Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Birthday Party for Alafia Henry is an event are justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 4 (1) and (2) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) Regulations 2020 on groups of more than seventy-five persons assembling;

Acquisition of Property by a Non Bermudian  

Notice is hereby given that Kathryn Marie Comeau an American citizen, is applying to the Minister responsible for sanction to acquire by voluntary conveyance with Stephen Leroy Comeau and Jacqueline Mary Comeau, present owners, the property known as Unit A-4 The Reefs Club, 56 South Road situate in Southampton Parish.

INSURANCE ACT 1978

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

UNDER SECTION 41(1)(a)

The BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY in exercise of the powers

conferred upon it by virtue of Section 41(1)(a) of the Insurance Act 1978,

(“the Act”), hereby cancels, at the request of the Insurer listed below, the

respective Special Purpose Insurer registration granted to the said Insurer

under the Act effective, 18^th September 2020: -
