Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Bermuda Championship Golf Tournament is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 4 (1) and (2) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) Regulations 2020 on groups of more than seventy-five persons assembling;

Ms. Paula Tyndale, National Coordinator, Office of the National Anti-Money Laundering Committee has been appointed to act as Financial Secretary, Ministry of Finance from 27^th & 28^th October, 2020, and 30^th October, 2020.

conferred upon it by virtue of Section 41(1)(a) of the Insurance Act 1978,
