LANE CLOSURES

FOR

ADDITIONAL TRENCH WORK FOR SATURN SOLAR DEVELOPMENT

FRIDAY, JULY 2nd, 2021 THROUGH MONDAY, JULY 12th, 2021

The Ministry of Public Works wishes to inform motorists that Saturn Solar Development will be reopening the existing trench across Cahow Way to install additional pipe for the airport finger solar farm to connect to the new airport substation along Kindley Field Road.

Most of the trench works will be along the Kindley Field Road shoulder along airport fence and the helicopter building area.

This lane closure will take place during Friday, July 2nd, 2021 and possibly stretch out until July 12th, 2021. The works along the shoulder will possibly commence June 28th, 2021.

Traffic controls will be under direction of D&J Excavation representatives and will be managed through traffic control crew with stop and go signs.

The Ministry of Public Works wishes to encourage the full cooperation of the public and apologizes for any inconvenience that may result.
