Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Afiniti Group is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in section 5 (1) and (2) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-Opening) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than ten persons assembling;

Embodiment of the Bermuda Reserve Police
In accordance with the provisions of Section 16 of the Police Act, 1974, Her Excellency the Governor, Ms. Rena N. Lalgie, has granted permission for a partial embodiment of the Bermuda Reserve Police for the period 12/05/21 to 25/05/21.

An Order is hereby made by the Minister responsible for transport under the provisions of section 53B(3) of the Motor Car Act 1951 and section 17B(3) of the Auxiliary Bicycles Act 1954 to extend the time period provided in the Licensing (Examination Deferral) Order 2021 (GN 0334/2021) by an additional seven days for the period of Thursday, 29th April 2021 to Wednesday, 5th May 2021.
