Bermuda Day Half Marathon Derby
Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Bermuda Day Half Marathon Derby is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in section 5 (1) and (2) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-Opening) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than ten persons assembling;

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by Section 6(4) and (5) of the Jurors Act, 1971, I hereby determine that at 3.00 p.m. in the afternoon on Tuesday 18th May 2021, in The Information Technology Office, Government Administration Building, Hamilton, the selection shall take place of persons liable for Jury Service.

Embodiment of the Bermuda Reserve Police
In accordance with the provisions of Section 16 of the Police Act, 1974, Her Excellency the Governor, Ms. Rena N. Lalgie, has granted permission for a partial embodiment of the Bermuda Reserve Police for the period 12/05/21 to 25/05/21.
