This notice is published pursuant to Part IV section 14(6) of the Labour Relations Act 1975.

 

In accordance with Section 14(6) of the Labour Relations Act 1975, I hereby appoint Ms Keren Lomas to act in the place of the Chairman of the Permanent Arbitration Tribunal in respect of the labour dispute reported between BTC and BIU.

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by Section 8 of the Jurors Act, 1971, I hereby determine that it shall be the duty of the Revising Tribunal to sit during the period of Monday 21st June 2021 to Friday, 25th June 2021 to scrutinize, and where necessary, revise the preliminary list of jurors pursuant to the aforementioned section.
