Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Rockaway Condominium Annual General Meeting is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 (1) and (2) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than twenty-five persons assembling;

The BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY in exercise of the powers

conferred upon it by virtue of Section 42(1)(a) of the Insurance Act 1978,
