CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

UNDER SECTION 41(1)(b)(ii), (iv) and (v)

 

The BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY in exercise of the powers

conferred upon it by virtue of Section 41(1)(b)(ii), (iv) and (v) of the Insurance Act, 1978,

(“The Act”), hereby cancels

the respective Class 3 Insurer registration granted

 to the said Insurer listed below under the Act, effective 24th December 2020: -

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hilary 2021 Term of the Court of Appeal for Bermuda will is between Monday, 11 January and Wednesday, 31 March 2021.  The Court will next sit (virtually) commencing on Monday, 25 January to Wednesday, 27 January 2021 at 9.00 a.m. and again between Monday, 1 March and Friday, 19 March 2021 or until the Court has concluded its business.  All hearings can be observed via the Court’s website at www.gov.bm/court-appeal.

 

Fisheries Import Licences

FISHERIES IMPORT LICENCES

Annual licences to import live fish (including shellfish) and conch meat under Section 6 of the Fisheries Act 1972 expired on 31st December 2020. Applications to relicense or obtain a first-time Import Licence for the year 2021 can be made at the Licensing Office of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources located in the Botanical Gardens, Paget.  The Licensing Office is open daily from 8:45am to 4:45pm, Monday to Friday. The application fee is $95.00

Fisheries Licensing

FISHERIES LICENSING

The 2021/22 fisheries licensing period began on 4th January and will run until 31st March 2021.

Current fishing vessel licence holders must relicense during this period to retain their licence.

Licence application forms are available at the Licensing Office of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources located in the Botanical Gardens, Paget. The Licensing Office is open from 8:45am to 4:45pm daily, Monday to Friday.
