FISHERIES ACT 1972

NOTICE ISSUED PURSUANT TO SECTION 4A OF THE FISHERIES ACT 1972

TAKE NOTICE that the Minister responsible for the Environment, being satisfied that there is an immediate need for the prohibition of fishing in a fish aggregation area, for the conservation and protection of the Blue-striped grunt (Haemulon sciurus) hereby notifies all members of the public that fishing in the fish aggregation area described below is prohibited from 1^st May 2021 through 30^th June 2021:

Licensing (Examination Deferral) Extension (No. 2) Order 2021  2nd Extension (No. 2)

An Order is hereby made by the Minister responsible for transport under the provisions of section 53B(3) of the Motor Car Act 1951 and section 17B(3) of the Auxiliary Bicycles Act 1954 to extend the time period provided in the Licensing (Examination Deferral) Order 2021 (GN 0334/2021) by an additional seven days for the period of Thursday, 29^th April 2021 to Wednesday, 5^th May 2021.
