Whereas the Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport considers that Nandi Outerbridge of Bridal Suite Bermuda is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than 50 persons assembling;

LARGE GROUP EXEMPTION

Whereas the Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport considers that Kendaree Burgess is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than 50 persons assembling;

Now therefore, the Minister grants an exemption under regulation 5(5) of those Regulations to Kendaree Burgess of 39 Pitts Bay Road, Pembroke permitting:

Ms. Jonelle Christopher, Assistant Director-Operations, Department of Public Transportation has been appointed to act as Director, Department of Public Transportation from 12^th July, 2021 to 25^th July, 2021.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

UNDER SECTION 41(1)(a)

The BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY in exercise of the powers

conferred upon it by virtue of Section 41(1)(a) of the Insurance Act 1978,

(“the Act”), hereby cancels, at the request of the Insurer listed below,

the respective Class 1 Insurer registration granted

 to the said Insurer under the Act, effective 30^th June 2021-
