  • Members of the public are invited to submit requests to rezone property or amend policies in the Bermuda Plan 2008. Requests should be submitted on a Rezoning Request form and emailed to jamarshall@gov.bm or submitted by hand to the Department of Planning, 5th Floor, Dame Lois Browne-Evans Building, 58 Court Street no later than Friday, 31March 2017.

What do they do?

The Office of Project Management and Procurement provides oversight of all Government procurement and capital projects, ensures that there is no bias in awarding contracts, and handles complaints.

Read the Office of Project Management and Procurement’s Public Access to Information Statement.

Read  the draft Code of Practice for Project Management and Procurement(for public consultation only).  The Code will set out the rules for the procurement of goods, services and works for the Government. By following these rules, public officers will ensure that the Government’s procurement activities achieve the best value for money in the expenditure of public funds while being fair, ethical and transparent. 

Submit comments on the draft Code to procurement@gov.bm.
