About Us

The mission of the Office of Project Management and Procurement is to provide oversight and guidance to public authorities regarding project management and procurement activities to ensure that contracts are awarded to providers of goods, services and works based on the principles of transparency, competition and the use of objective criteria in making decisions.

What do they do?

The Office of Project Management and Procurement provides oversight of all Government procurement and capital projects, ensures that there is no bias in awarding contracts, and handles complaints.

The Code of Practice for Project Management and Procurement sets out the requirements and procedures for the procurement of goods and services for the Government.  By complying with the Code, public officers will ensure that the Government’s procurement activities achieve the best value for money in the expenditure of public funds while being fair, ethical and transparent.
