                                    Pursuant to Part II of the Clean Air Rules 1993,

Notice is hereby given that Nicole Renee Blanck, Melinda Cruz Geisler, Judith Lynn Shmegelski and Kenneth Jacobi, all American Citizens, are applying to the Minister responsible for Immigration for sanction to acquire 1/10^th fraction or share of Unit 435 C-5-A , The Reefs Club, 56 South Road, Southampton Parish.

Notice is hereby given that Dr. Monica Hoefert, a Canadian Citizen, is applying to the Minister responsible for Immigration for sanction to acquire a leasehold interest in the property known as "Azure Coral Reef Lower” 90 South Shore Road situate in Warwick Parish.
