FISHERIES LICENSING

 

The 2019/20 fisheries licensing period will run from 2nd January to 29th March 2019.

Current fishing vessel licence holders must relicense during this period to retain their licence.

Licence application forms are available at the Licensing Office of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources located in the Botanical Gardens, Paget. The Licensing Office is open from 8:45am to 5:00pm daily, Monday to Friday.

APPOINTMENT OF MARITIME MARRIAGE OFFICER

Pursuant to the provisions of the Maritime Marriage Act 1999, the Minister of Home Affairs, on the 6th day of December 2018 licensed Captain John Christopher Walsh,  Master of the Archimedes as  a Marriage Officer, thereby enabling him to perform a marriage ceremony onboard the Bermuda Registered Ship “Archimedes”, for the period December 23, 2018 only.
