Pursuant to section 19(2) read with section 17 (4) of the Municipalities Act 1923, notice is hereby given that Philip J. Seaman resigned on 4th October 2019, and I declare that the office of Business Ratepayers’ Councillor of the Corporation of St. George’s, formerly occupied by the said Philip J. Seaman, is vacant.
