NOTICE OF EXEMPTIONS
In accordance with section 14(2) of the Summary Offences Act 1926, this Notice of Exemptions constitutes written permission for the following persons to be on the highways during the curfew hours specified in the Summary Offences (Curfew) Order 2020:

CLOSURE NOTICE
UNDER THE PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 1949
SECTION 88
The Minister of Health has determined that a communicable disease of the first or second category exists and in the opinion of the Chief Medical Officer there is an immediate risk of an outbreak of COVID-19, as such the following places of public resort are hereby ordered to close pursuant to section 88 of the Public Health Act 1949:
Bars and clubs
Beauty salons, spas and barbers
Church services (except funerals)

Whereas the Governor is satisfied that it is in the interests of public safety that the public should be kept off the highways at certain times, the Governor, in exercise of the power conferred by section 14(2) of the Summary Offences Act 1926 makes the following Order:
Citation
1 This Order may be cited as the Summary Offences (Curfew) Order 2020.
No person permitted on highways during curfew hours
2 (1) Subject to paragraph 3, no person shall be permitted on any highway during the curfew hours.

Lane Closure For Belco Trench Work
Monday, March 30th, 2020 Through Friday, June 26th, 2020
The Ministry of Public Works wishes to inform motorists that Harrington Sound Road in Hamilton Parish will undergo trench work that will require one-lane closure. This trench work will commence west of Paynter’s Road and head west towards Devil’s Hole. The trench work will only affect the eastbound lane with 200’ section lengths at a time.

LANE CLOSURES FOR UTILITIES UNDERGROUND WORK
Monday, March 23rd, 2020 Through Tuesday, March 24th, 2020
The Ministry of Public Works wishes to inform motorists that near house # 76 South Road in Southampton, Invisible Trenching will undertake trench work to place utility lines underground. This trench work will require one-lane traffic closures as they cross the road from the north side to the south to enter #76 South Road property.
