The persons named hereunder have been approved for a TEMPORARY FUNDRAISING LICENCE T2096.

Issued to URBAN GARDEN PROJECT in accordance with the Charities Act 2014, section 43 (5).

The Chief Medical Officer revokes, with immediate effect, the Notice made under section 69 of Public Health Act 1949 on 23 March 2020 providing for public health supervision, active monitoring or isolation for persons arriving in Bermuda on flights specified in paragraph 6 of that Notice.

Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Black Lives Matter March on Sunday 7 June 2020 is an exceptional circumstance justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 4(1) of the Emergency Powers (COVID-19 Continuing Precautions) Regulations 2020 on groups of more than ten persons assembling;
