UNDER SECTION 41(1)(a)

The BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY in exercise of the powers

conferred upon it by virtue of Section 41(1)(a) of the Insurance Act, 1978,

(“the Act”), hereby cancels, at the request of the Insurer listed below, the

respective Special Purpose Insurer registration granted to the said Insurer

under the Act, effective 4^th September 2019:-

                                    Pursuant to Part II of the Clean Air Rules 1993,

Notice is hereby given that St. George's Trust Compnay Limited as trustee of the Blue Waters Trust is applying to the Minister responsible for Immigration to acquire a freehold interest in the property known as Inwood Unit 31, 16 Inwood Close, Paget PG 05 on behalf of Perminenant Resident Certificate Holder, Norberto Fernanado Herrero.

Notice is hereby given that Norberto Fernando Herrero, a Argentinian Citizen, who is also a Permanent Resident, is applying to the Minister responsible for Immigration for sanction to acquire land together with a dwelling house thereon located at Inwood Unit 31, 16 Inwood Close, Paget PG 05.

N.B. Any person who knows why a sanction to acquire property in Bermuda should not be granted to the applicant should send a written statement to the Minister responsible for Immigration, P.O. Box 1364, Hamilton HM FX, no later than the 2 October, 2019.
