UNDER SECTION 41(1)(a)
The BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY in exercise of the powers
conferred upon it by virtue of Section 41(1)(a) of the Insurance Act, 1978,
(“The Act”), hereby cancels, at the request of the Insurer listed below,
the respective Class C Insurer registration granted
to the said Insurer under the Act, effective 30th September 2020:-

The Ministry of Public Works wishes to inform motorists that Lighthouse Road, Southampton & the Railway Trail will undergo paving works that will require road closure.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Court of Appeal for Bermuda will next sit (virtually) commencing on Monday, 2nd November 2020 at 10.00 a.m. and concluding Friday, 20th November 2020 or when the Court has so ordered.
A Draft Cause List will be placed on the Notice Board in Sessions House, the Notice Boards at the various Registries and on the court’s website at www.gov.bm/court-appeal. Additionally a copy is annexed herewith.

Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Ministry of Education – World Teacher’s Day Proclamation is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 4 (1) and (2) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) Regulations 2020 on groups of more than seventy-five persons assembling;
