REGULATIONS 2020
LARGE GROUP EXEMPTION:
CHARITY DINNERS – FAMILY CENTRE
Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Charity Fund Raising Dinners for the registered charity organization Family Centre on Sunday July 5th, Friday July 10th and Friday July 17th 2020 are exceptional circumstance justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 (1) and (2) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) Regulations 2020 on groups of more than fifty persons assembling;
Now therefore, the Minister grants an exemption under regulation 5 (4) of those Regulations permitting a group of more than fifty persons to assemble on the above mentioned dates from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm at Rosewood Bermuda, 60 Tucker’s Point, Hamilton Parish.
Conditions as follows:
- All persons attending the event must wear a face mask and maintain appropriate physical distancing at all times.
- Adherence to Ministry of Health Guidelines pertaining to Indoor and Outdoor Dining.
