REGULATIONS 2020

LARGE GROUP EXEMPTION:

CHARITY DINNERS – FAMILY CENTRE

Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Charity Fund Raising Dinners for the registered charity organization Family Centre on Sunday July 5^th, Friday July 10^th and Friday July 17^th 2020 are exceptional circumstance justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 (1) and (2) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) Regulations 2020 on groups of more than fifty persons assembling;

Now therefore, the Minister grants an exemption under regulation 5 (4) of those Regulations permitting a group of more than fifty persons to assemble on the above mentioned dates from 6:00 pm  to 11:00 pm  at Rosewood Bermuda, 60 Tucker’s Point, Hamilton Parish.

Conditions as follows:

1. All persons attending the event must wear a face mask and maintain appropriate physical distancing at all times.
    
2. Adherence to Ministry of Health Guidelines pertaining to Indoor and Outdoor Dining.
