How to notify us
Notify us of the new address through the online register. A registered office in Bermuda is mandatory throughout the life of the entity and may not be a post office box, so there should be no gap between the old address and the new one.
Your statutory registers move with the office, because they are kept there.

Resident representatives
If your form requires a resident representative, a change of representative is filed with us in the same way, because the representative is named in your certificate or in the particulars we hold. For an overseas company the equivalent is the principal representative, and a change must be notified within twenty-one days.
