Every entity on our register must have an address in Bermuda where it can be found and where its records are kept.
The registered office requirement
A registered office in Bermuda is mandatory and may not be a post office box. It is where your statutory registers are kept and where documents are served on you.
The requirement is in section 62 of the Companies Act 1981 for companies, section 26 of the Limited Liability Company Act 2016 for LLCs, and section 6 of the Limited Partnership Act 1883 for limited partnerships. Your registered office address is entered in the register and is public.
