Recent changes
3 November 2025
The Beneficial Ownership Act 2025 came into force. Part VIA of the Companies Act 1981 was repealed in full by BR 100 / 2025, and the central register of beneficial ownership, together with the verification carried out on formation, moved from the Bermuda Monetary Authority to the Registrar of Companies.
