This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the “Government”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Pilot Boat as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

The Department of Financial Services is seeking proposals for the primary purpose of contracting security services for Global House, 1st Floor, 43 Church Street, Hamilton including security administration, on site screening, reporting, emergency response services and the monitoring of security cameras.

The Ministry of Health (the Ministry) is pleased to release this Request for Quotation (RFQ) inviting responses for a Cloud Based Pandemic Administration software package (Software as a Service) for the Government of Bermuda.

The services will include consultation with Ministry medical and administrative staff to ensure the development of a system that will allow the effective management of the Covid-19 pandemic.  The project will be a critical step in continuing the Government's sound management of the pandemic to ensure that Bermuda has the opportunity to recover and prosper.

This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by the Government of Bermuda (the “Government”) through the Premier Office is requesting information from interested parties for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace available resources and technical solutions in order to assist in the determination of a preferred solution and related requirements for future purchasing options or requirements. Respondents are asked to respond to the Government and provide the information requested below.

RFI Timetable

The Department of Works and Engineering (DW&E), Tynes Bay section is seeking bids from established cleaning firms to provide janitorial services at the Tynes Bay Waste to Energy Facility.

It is important to note that the successful respondent's employees must comply with safety, health and security requirements and will require security clearance and, where applicable, work permits.  It is also important to note that the DW&E departments will be looking for a solution that takes into account, where practical, the environmental impact of cleaning materials used. 

Proposals are invited from experienced Architectural Design Firms to provide Architectural Design Services for a new Build Agricultural Service Centre.

The selected Architectural Design Firm will be required to work under the direction of the Architects Section designee to manage and undertake planning and design.

The mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday January 26, 2021 @ 10:00am.  Attendees shall meet at #38 Schools Drive, Devonshire.  

The Ministry of Public Works [MPW] seeks to generate a list of prequalified companies that are interested in participating in a short term Stimulus Program that aims to boost employment. The prequalification process will allow the Government to match expertise and capacity to the scope of works included in a series of infrastructure projects that are able to be commenced and are executable in the short term.

The Government of Bermuda as represented by the Ministry of Public Works is requesting proposals for the Operation, Maintenance and Repair of the Tynes Bay Seawater Treatment Facility and its adjacent ancillary facilities (herein after referred to as the Affected Property).

Executive Summary:

The Government of Bermuda is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to remove the existing and erect the new bridge leading to Coney Island.

Proponents submitting a proposal for this work will be required to provide sufficient information to demonstrate their technical capability and availability to complete the scope of works and deliverables in accordance with the RFX.
