The Government of Bermuda, Department of Marine & Ports Services, invites qualified Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of a suitably equipped harbour tug on a temporary charter basis to maintain continuity of towage services during the scheduled dry docking and five-year Lloyd's Register survey of the Government-owned Azimuth Stern Drive (ASD) harbour tugs.
The Department operates a two-tug harbour towage service supporting the Port of Hamilton and other ports within Bermuda. During the scheduled dry docking of one Government tug, that vessel is anticipated to be unavailable for approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks.
