Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Black Lives Matter March on Sunday 7 June 2020 is an exceptional circumstance justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 4(1) of the Emergency Powers (COVID-19 Continuing Precautions) Regulations 2020 on groups of more than ten persons assembling;

THE DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING (TRIBUNAL PROCEDURE) RULES 1992 THE DRAFT BERMUDA PLAN 2018 

In accordance with rules 6(2) and 6(3)(a) of the Development and Planning (Tribunal Procedure) Rules 1992, the Tribunal hereby notifies that the Director submits that the Tribunal should accept the Department’s

recommendation for the objections and representations and acknowledge the resolved, withdrawn and invalid/void objections.

The persons named hereunder have been approved for a TEMPORARY FUNDRAISING LICENCE T2095.

Issued to SAFE SPACE BDA in accordance with the Charities Act 2014, section 43 (5).

The Temporary Fundraising Licence is issued for the period May 22, 2020 to August 22, 2020.

Any vehicle not claimed within twenty one (21) days will be disposed of in accordance with the Police Property Act, 1921.

Pursuant to Section 43(4)(c) of the Regulatory Authority Act 2011, the undersigned Minister of Finance, hereby approves the Regulatory Authority's proposed expenditure budget totaling $6,381,100 for financial year 2020-21 as submitted with the RA's 2020- 21 Proposed Work Plan and Budget on March 27, 2020.
