Pursuant to the provisions of The Marriage Act 1944, the Minister of Home Affairs, on the 19^th August, 2019 licensed Rev. Dr. Timothy Noel Jackson as a Marriage Officer, thereby enabling him to perform a marriage ceremony in Bermuda on August 25th, 2019 only.
