CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
UNDER SECTION 41(1)(a)
THE BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY in exercise of the powers conferred
upon it by virtue of Section 41(1)(a) of the Insurance Act, 1978, ("the Act"), hereby cancels,
at the request of the Insurer listed below, the Class C Insurer registration
granted to the said Insurer under the Act, effective 25th October 2018.

APPOINTMENT OF ASSISTANT JUSTICE
In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Section 73(6) of the Constitution, His Excellency the Governor has, after consultation with the Chief Justice, appointed Dr Ian Rowe Chukudinka Kawaley to be an Assistant Justice of the Supreme Court of Bermuda for the period 1 November 2018 through 31 December 2019, to sit on such day or days during the aforesaid period as may be agreed from time to time.
