CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
UNDER SECTION 42(1)(a)
The BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY in exercise of the powersconferred upon it by virtue of Section 42(1)(a) of the Insurance Act, 1978, (“The Act”), hereby cancels, at the request of the Company listed below, the respective Insurance Agent registration granted to the said Company under the Act, effective 1st July 2019:-

His Excellency, The Governor, after consultation with the Chief Justice, has approved the appointment of Mr. David Kessaram, Barrister & Attorney, to act as Assistant Justice for the period of 16th July 2019.

Pursuant to the standards agreed with the consent of the Minister responsible for the electronic communications and electricity sectors, the following entities shall constitute Specified Sectoral Providers within the meaning of Section 87 of the Regulatory Authority Act 2011:
