Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Bermuda Cricket Board T20 Cricket Matches is an event justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 (1) and (2) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) Regulations 2020 on groups of more than fifty persons assembling;

Mr. Martin Walsh, Senior Manager - Digital Services, Department of Information and Digital Technologies has been appointed to act as Chief Information Officer, Department of Information and Digital Technologies from 3^rd August, 2020 to 17^th August, 2020 inclusive.
