EXTENSION OF DURATION (No 2) NOTICE

WHEREAS a proclamation was issued on 1 April 2020 under section 14(3) of the Constitution declaring that a state of emergency exists in Bermuda, which proclamation was extended in force until 18 April 2020 pursuant to a resolution of both Houses of the Legislature on 6 April 2020, in accordance with sections 14(5) and (6) of the Constitution,

Notice is hereby given that Elias Mulamoottil and Krista Leanne Saleh, a both Canadian citizen, are applying to the Minister responsible for Immigration for sanction to acquire a leasehold interest in the property known as Azura “Edgewater Lower Ground” 90 South Shore Road situate in Warwick Parish.
