THE COURT OF APPEAL

 

 

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 77 of the Constitution of Bermuda, His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to reappoint :

 

The Rt Hon Sir Maurice Kay as a member of the Court of Appeal with effect from 1 October 2020 until 5 December 2022;

 

The Hon Geoffrey R Bell as a member of the Court of Appeal with effect from 1 January 2021 until 31 December 2023.
