(PHASED RE-OPENING) REGULATIONS 2021

LARGE GROUP EXEMPTION

Whereas the Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport considers that Patty-Ann Flood of 18b Scenic Heights Pass, Southampton SN03 is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than 50 persons assembling;

Mrs. Diane Elliott, Director, Land Valuation Department has been appointed to act as Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs from 2^nd August, 2021 to 6^th August, 2021 inclusive.

LARGE GROUP EXEMPTION

Whereas the Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport considers that Lisa Smith  of Department of Education  is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than 50 persons assembling;

Tarik Christopher, Principal Engineer Water/Sewage, Department of Works and Engineering has been appointed to act as Chief Engineer, Department of Works and Engineering from 23^rd August, 2021 to 6^th September, 2021.
