Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Funeral Repast for the late Mr. Clevonte’ Lodge-Bean is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 4 (1) and (2) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (No.3) Regulations 2020 on groups of more than seventy-five persons assembling;

Ms. E. Angie Farquharson, Non- Ministry Comptroller, to act as the Privacy Commissioner

on 23^rd November and from 25^th November until 27^th November 2020, inclusive,

or until the Privacy Commissioner’s return.

Tarik Christopher, Principal Engineer Water/Sewage, Department of Works and Engineering has been appointed to act as Chief Engineer, Department of Works and Engineering from 10^th December, 2020 to 8^th January, 2021.

Acquisition of Land    

Notice is hereby given that Christopher John Grasso and Alyson Elizabeth Grasso, both American citizens, are applying to the Minister for sanction to acquire 2.235 hectares of land together with a dwelling house thereon erected known as “Bellevue”, 6 Bellevue Drive situate in Paget Parish PG 06.
