LARGE GROUP EXEMPTION

Whereas the Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport considers that Karla Lacey of Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than 20 persons assembling;

The Minister of Health is pleased to make the following appointments.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

UNDER SECTION 42(1)(a)

The BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY in exercise of the powers

conferred upon it by virtue of Section 42(1)(a) of the Insurance Act 1978,

(“The Act”), hereby cancels, at the request of the Company listed below,

the respective Insurance Agent registration granted

 to the said Company under the Act, effective 15^th September 2021: -
