WHEREAS The Minister of Home Affairs (“the Minister”) has caused a draft development plan entitled “The Draft Bermuda Plan 2018” to be prepared consisting of the Draft Bermuda Plan 2018 Planning Statement and Zoning Maps;

AND WHEREAS the Draft Bermuda Plan 2018 was declared operative on the 3^rd day of December 2018;

to act as Chief Justice

INSURANCE ACT 1978

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

UNDER SECTION 41(1)(a)

The BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY in exercise of the powers

conferred upon it by virtue of Section 41(1)(a) of the Insurance Act 1978,

(“the Act”), hereby cancels, at the request of the Insurer listed below,

the respective Class C Insurer registration granted

 to the said Insurer under the Act, effective 4^th June 2021-

SA Reinsurance Ltd.

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Minister of Labour, by the following person for the grant of Bermudian status under the provisions of section 19 of the Bermuda Immigration and Protection Act, 1956, (viz: are at least eighteen years old; have been ordinarily resident in Bermuda for a period of at least ten [10] years preceding his application; have a qualifying Bermudian connection and is of good character and conduct.)

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Minister of Labour, by the following person(s) for the grant of a Permanent Resident's Certificate, under the provisions of section 31A of the Bermuda Immigration and Protection Act, 1956, (viz: has been exempted from Part V of this Act, under section 5 of the Economic Development Act 1968 for at least ten years; were ordinarily resident in Bermuda for a period of at least ten years; and were ordinarily resident in Bermuda during the two years immediately preceding application).
