CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
UNDER SECTION 41(1)(a)
The BERMUDA MONETARY AUTHORITY in exercise of the powers
conferred upon it by virtue of Section 41(1)(a) of the Insurance Act, 1978,
(“The Act”), hereby cancels, at the request of the Insurer listed below,
the respective Class C Insurer registration granted
to the said Insurer under the Act, effective 3rd June 2021: -

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Minister of Labour, by the following person(s) for the grant of a Permanent Resident's Certificate, under the provisions of section 31A of the Bermuda Immigration and Protection Act, 1956, (viz: has been exempted from Part V of this Act, under section 5 of the Economic Development Act 1968 for at least ten years; were ordinarily resident in Bermuda for a period of at least ten years; and were ordinarily resident in Bermuda during the two years immediately preceding application).
