Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Northlands Primary School Ceremony is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 (1) and (2) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than fifty persons assembling;

Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Saltus Grammar School Graduation Ceremony is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 (1) and (2) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than fifty persons assembling;

 

Permanent Resident's Certificate - Section 31A

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Minister of Labour, by the following person(s) for the grant of a Permanent Resident's Certificate, under the provisions of section 31A of the Bermuda Immigration and Protection Act, 1956, (viz: has been exempted from Part V of this Act, under section 5 of the Economic Development Act 1968 for at least ten years; were ordinarily resident in Bermuda for a period of at least ten years; and were ordinarily resident in Bermuda during the two years immediately preceding application).
