Whereas the Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport considers that Charles Cooper is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 on groups of more than 20 persons assembling;

CONSTITUTION OF BERMUDA

In accordance with section 18 (2) of the Constitution, Her Excellency The Governor, is pleased to appoint Mrs. Lucinda Pearman, Collector of Customs, to act as Deputy Governor from Saturday, 13^th November to Sunday 28^th November, 2021 and Friday, 3^rd December to Friday, 10^th December, 2021 inclusive or until the Deputy Governor’s return.

Mrs. Pandora Glasford, Director, Department of Financial Assistance has been appointed to act as Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Labour from 13^th December, 2021 to 24^th December, 2021 inclusive.
